OUR ATELIER-BOUTIQUE
In 2026, the Quinta do Chafariz will bring to life a new space dedicated to tradition, art, and local craftsmanship: our Atelier-Boutique. Located in the former Anexa A, this space is being carefully restored to host a gastronomic and artisanal workshop — a place where memory and creativity meet. At its heart will be the Quinta’s old oven, fully restored and ready to host workshops and immersive experiences: traditional bread-making, Chanfana preparation, and other regional culinary practices.
The Atelier-Boutique will also include a shop offering local products and items from the Quinta — homemade jams, artisanal olive oil, liqueurs, ceramics, wicker baskets, and many other creations inspired by the authenticity of Central Portugal.
More than just a shop, it will be a cultural meeting place, a living space for sharing knowledge, flavors, and stories — celebrating the Portuguese rural heritage.
Opening planned for 2026 — a new chapter for the Quinta, faithful to its philosophy: uniting nature, tradition, and hospitality.
