General terms and conditions of sale – Delivery times & returns

Products are made to order. Production and delivery times may vary depending on the destination and time of year.
The indicated delivery times are provided as an estimate and do not constitute a contractual guarantee.

Due to the made-to-order nature of the products, returns and exchanges are only accepted in the event of a proven defect, damaged product or manufacturing error.
Any claim must be made within 14 days of receipt.
