Em 2026, a Quinta do Chafariz dará vida a um novo espaço dedicado à tradição, à arte e ao saber-fazer local: o nosso Atelier-Boutique.
Instalado na antiga Anexa A, este espaço está a ser cuidadosamente reabilitado para acolher um atelier gastronómico e artesanal, onde a memória e a criatividade se encontram. O seu coração será o forno antigo da Quinta, o único do concelho, totalmente restaurado, pronto a receber workshops e experiências imersivas: fabrico de pão tradicional, confeção da Chanfana e outras práticas culinárias regionais.
O Atelier-Boutique incluirá também uma loja de produtos locais e da Quinta, onde visitantes e hóspedes poderão descobrir compotas caseiras, azeite artesanal, licores, cerâmicas, cestos de vime e muitas outras criações inspiradas na autenticidade do Centro de Portugal.
Mais do que uma simples loja, será um ponto de encontro cultural, um espaço vivo onde partilhar saberes, sabores e histórias, celebrando o património rural português.
A abertura está prevista ao longo de 2026 — um novo capítulo da Quinta, fiel à sua filosofia: unir natureza, tradição e hospitalidade.

In 2026, Quinta do Chafariz will unveil a new space dedicated to tradition, craftsmanship, and local artistry: our Atelier-Boutique.
Located in the restored Annexe A, this new venue is being carefully renovated to host a culinary and artisanal workshop, where memory and creativity meet. At its heart lies the Quinta’s historic oven, the only one of its kind in the municipality, fully restored to welcome hands-on workshops and immersive experiences such as traditional bread making, Chanfana cooking, and other local gastronomy sessions.
The Atelier-Boutique will also feature a shop showcasing local and Quinta-made products, including homemade jams, artisanal olive oil, liqueurs, ceramics, wicker baskets, and other creations that celebrate the authenticity of Central Portugal.
More than just a shop, it will be a living cultural space, a place to share skills, flavors, and stories, honouring Portugal’s rural heritage and spirit of hospitality.
